DANIEL CASARES, THE POWER OF THE SUBTLE

With a brilliant career that places him among the elite of contemporary flamenco guitar, Daniel Casares returns to the stage with “The Power of the Subtle”, presented as a Grand Flamenco Gala, where guitar, singing and dance come together in a performance of great artistic intensity.

Each composition is born from the guitarist’s most intimate experiences, from his family, his surroundings and that deep-rooted essence that pulses through every note.

To accompany him on this journey, Daniel Casares invites the great artist and friend Dulce Pontes, with whom he has collaborated over the years.

On second guitar will be Julián Bedmar; on vocals, Manuel Peralta; on dance, Sergio Aranda; on cajón, Miguel Ortiz “Nene”; and on bass, José M. Posada “Popo”.

Together, they create a vibrant gala, where the virtuosity of the guitar dialogues with the expressiveness of flamenco singing and the overwhelming power of dance.

Winner of the Bordón Minero Award in La Unión at the age of 16, Daniel Casares has developed a singular career marked by talent and musical curiosity, collaborating with names such as Loreena McKennitt, Dulce Pontes, Toquinho, Chucho Valdés, Cuca Roseta, Nininho Vaz Maia and Cecilia Bartoli, among many others
