ONCE UPON A TIME, THERE WERE DANCERS DREAMING” BRINGS THE MAGIC OF DISNEY TO CASINO ESTORIL.

On 12 July, in two sessions at 3:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., Sulydance Academy presents “Once Upon a Time, There Were Dancers Dreaming”, a grand celebration of dance, theatre and imagination, taking place at the iconic Salão Preto e Prata at Casino Estoril.

The show promises to transport audiences into a world of fantasy, emotion and dreams, through performances created by the academy’s various classes, bringing together students of different ages and artistic disciplines.

Throughout the afternoon, the stage will host choreographies and performances in ballet, contemporary dance, Latin dances, Sevillanas and flamenco, hip-hop, dancehall and theatre, in a multidisciplinary show that celebrates creativity, talent and a passion for the performing arts. There will also be several special guests.

“Once Upon a Time, There Were Dancers Dreaming” is a collective creation by Ana Sofia Remígio, Catarina Pita, Carolina Malato, David “Turtle” Borges, Helena Vascon, Henrique Moreira, Joana Antunes, Nuno Loureiro, Marta Nunes, Raquel Lopes and Suly Barrera, reflecting the collaborative and artistic spirit that defines Sulydance.

More than an end-of-year show, this production represents months of dedication, growth and commitment from students, teachers and the creative team, offering audiences an engaging and inspiring experience for the whole family.

With dreamlike sets, iconic music and plenty of emotion on stage, “Once Upon a Time, There Were Dancers Dreaming”invites everyone to rediscover the magic of dreaming through dance.
