Access card
1. OBJECT
1.1. The access card, hereinafter abbreviated as card, is free and is issued by Casino Estoril for the following purposes:
a) Facilitate the digital reading of the identification and recognition elements of its holder;
b) expedite the entry of the holder in the game rooms;
c) Facilitate the registration of transactions carried out by the cardholder in the gaming rooms, when such transactions must be registered and associated with the user, under the terms of law nº 83/2017.
1.2. It is an individualized, personal and non-transferable proximity card, and its holder is entirely responsible for its proper use.
1.3. The card cannot be used for purposes other than those provided for in point 1.1.
1.4. The card does not replace or exempt the possession of a valid identification document, required under the terms of the Law for all Customers who are inside a game room, nor does it exempt the display of this identification document when requested by the Service Inspection of Games and/or by the concessionaire's employees.
2. ISSUE OF THE CARD
The issuance of the card depends on the following conditions:
a) The presentation of a formal proposal for membership of the card and acceptance of the respective conditions and terms of use, to be provided by Casino Estoril;
b) The acceptance of the client's proposal by Casino Estoril, through the affixing of the respective signature.
3. IDENTIFICATION CONTROL
Identity verification using the card will be carried out automatically and digitally by the computer systems operating at the entrances to Casino Estoril.
4. COLLECTED DATA
4.1. The card does not incorporate any personal data of the respective user, with the exception of the recording of the name on the respective face, and only if the user has given consent to its personalization;
4.2. The card has a digital reading code, which is automatically associated, by the concessionaire's own system, with the personal data contained in the customer's registration form, collected and processed under the terms and for the purposes of compliance with Law 83 /2017.
5. CARD UTILIZATION
5.1. In the event of improper use of the card, Casino Estoril has the right to cancel it in the automatic identification control system, whereby the customer can identify himself with a valid official identity document, under the terms of the law;
5.2. It is the holder's responsibility to immediately notify the Casino of the loss of the card, as well as any inaccuracy, malfunction or failure in its use.
6. SAVE, LOSS, THEFT, CANCELLATION OF CARD
6.1. Casino Estoril is not responsible for storing the card, nor for cases in which it is lost, stolen or stolen;
6.2. In case of loss or damage to the card, the cardholder must communicate the fact at the Clube In counter at Casino Estoril, which will determine the immediate cancellation of the card, and the customer may request, if desired, the issuance of a new card that will replace the previous one. for the above purposes. In any case, to replace the card, it is mandatory to present a valid identity document;
6.3. Casino Estoril may cancel the card in case of malfunction, failure or defect in the system's operation, as well as in situations of proven tampering;
6.4. The cancellation of the card, by the Casino or by the cardholder, implies the inherent loss of any advantages and/or benefits that may be associated with the card;
6.5. The access card will expire and will be automatically canceled by the Casino:
a) when one year has elapsed from the date of issue;
b) on the expiry date of the identification document that supported the issue, if this date is earlier than that mentioned in a).
7. ALTERATIONS
7.1. Casino Estoril reserves the right, at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the access card, consider it as expired, suspend, modify or revoke any advantage associated with it.
7.2. Casino Estoril may also, at any time, amend these general conditions.
8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
8.1. The personal data of the access card holder will be processed by Casino Estoril for the purpose of mandatory identification of its customers in order to comply with Law No. 83/2017 and will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the circulation of such data.
8.2. The collected data will be treated confidentially.
8.3. Casino Estoril reserves the right to process information relating to the Casino Estoril customer profile, for statistical purposes.
8.4. Personal data will be kept for a period of seven years after the moment of the last access to the Casino Estoril gaming areas.
8.5. Access card holders are recognized with the rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, limitation and portability, and they may revoke their consent electronically at any time.
